This document is an operational draft and requires review by qualified counsel before you rely on it as a binding policy. Missing legal-entity fields are left blank on purpose.
Legal entity fields (company name, address, jurisdiction) are not configured. This draft uses placeholders instead of inventing a company.
Terms of Service
Operator: Weblicious AB. Support: support@sslcertificates.io.
1. The service
sslcertificates.io provides an API and dashboard for requesting, validating, renewing, and inventorying domain-validated TLS certificates. It is not a certificate retailer and is not Let’s Encrypt.
2. Accounts
You must provide an accurate email address, keep credentials secret, and accept that API keys grant access to your organization’s certificates. You are responsible for hostnames you submit to a certificate authority.
3. Acceptable use
Use is also governed by the Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use the service to attack CAs, bypass rate limits, or obtain certificates for names you do not control.
4. Fees
Paid plans, when Stripe is configured, are billed according to the pricing page. Let’s Encrypt does not charge a CA fee. Refunds and taxes require configured billing and legal review.
5. Availability
No SLA is offered in this draft. Status is published at /status.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as-is. This clause will be replaced during legal review. Jurisdiction is SE.
7. Changes
Material term changes will be posted on this URL. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance once counsel has finalized this document.
